Following the efforts of KHOA to enable local hotels to issue entry visas to guests staying at their facilities, eligible visitors can easily book for their stay and request the hotel to issue their entry visa.
Of course, there are many visitors that are entitles to visa on arrival or visa-free entry. GCC nationals have the right to enter Kuwait without visa. Citizens of several countries, including Canada, Australia, United States and the European Union are eligible to apply for a visa on arrival or an only visa (eVisa) valid for 90 days.
Visitors with an Israeli stamp on their passport may be refused visa. Visitors entering with a business or tourist visas are not allowed to work.
