rate of 4.0% per year, although their population
growth has remained hard to track and fluctuates a
great deal. If trends continue, it's projected that
Kuwait will have a population of 5.9 million by
2050.
• Most people in Kuwait are Muslim, although there
are about 450,000 expatriate Christians, 600,000
Hindus, and 100,000 Buddhists.
